Shipping Policy

At Branch & Wick Co., we take great care in preparing and packaging every order so it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and packaged within 2–4 business days of purchase. During holidays, launches, or high-volume seasonal periods, processing times may extend slightly for handcrafted and specialty décor pieces.

Once your order has shipped, keep an eye out for your confirmation shipping email — it will have all of your tracking information!

Estimated Delivery Times

After shipment, most orders arrive within 5–7 business days within the United States.

Shipping carriers may include:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Please note: Large décor pieces, oversized centerpieces, or fragile items may require additional transit time and protective packaging.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at our contact page. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
